I believe that you have the power to create the life you want

Hi, I am Danielle

I believe that everyone has the ability to create change to live a more meaningful life because I have done it and I have helped others do it. Together we will take a deeper look to understand and overcome what is holding you back from living your best life— whatever that may look like.

My approach to therapy

It is my greatest privilege to hear your story. I view therapy as a collaborative process— you are unique and I want to learn about your experiences and views. I tailor my approach to best fit your strengths, needs, and goals. As a therapist, I create a non-judgmental space through curiosity, compassion, and acceptance to cultivate a strong client-therapist relationship through trust and authenticity. I am not here to give you the answers, but I am here to help you gain a deeper self understanding and learn tools to create the life you want.

My services

  • Online, this is designated for individuals to process and explore their thoughts. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly.

    50 mins | $150

  • Phone, this is not therapy. This is a time to connect to see if I am a good fit for you.

    15 mins | Free

  • I am an out-of-network provider and do not directly bill insurance for treatment. Privacy and having more control of the treatment process are two benefits to paying privately. If you have a PPO, I can provide a “super bill.” You will need to submit the super bill to your insurance for possible reimbursement. A super bill is a detailed record of payment for what service was provided. You may want to call your insurance company to find out what reimbursement looks like for an out-of-network provider. Reimbursement is not always guaranteed. If you’re hoping to find an in-network provider, Psychology Today or Good Therapy can be helpful directories.

Get to know me

I am a wife and a lover of all things Fantasy (Harry Potter is a lifestyle). When I am not seeing clients, you can find me roaming a museum, camping in the wilderness, paddle boarding on a lake, skipping around Disneyland, or reading a good book. I value relationships, human connection and alone time. So I spend a lot of time with family or friends and a lot of time curled up on couch in silence with my husband while reading a good book or disconnected from society out in nature.
