How it works

  1. Click the “Request Appointment” button and select Consultation for a time that works best for you.

  2. If we are a good fit, we will schedule an intake session. In this session, we will do some paperwork and collect background information. Prior to the first session, you will receive a Good Faith Estimate that shows expected charges. This may change depending on what comes up during our time together.

  3. We will meet weekly or bi-weekly to create a goal plan and work towards these goals. The length of therapy depends on you and your goals.
